composting

I have a Dalek composter, it's been producing compost  during the summer
Now the temperature is falling, is there anyway of speeding up the process ?
I cant add any more green stuff, grass has virtually stopped growing, if I add more 'brown' stuff, that isnt going to rot away

It would seem everyone has stopped cutting their grass and are putting out for the council to take it away
I've asked if I can have their cuttings, but it would seem I am always too late
