Whilst I realise that this is probably run of the mill for some members/readers this morning Judy the goose laid an egg. Fair enough but the difference this time was that I just happened to look into the old pigsty where the goose and gander live and saw the whole process which I have never seen before, it was just showing and a couple of heaves and there it was...  Leaving the eggs now until she has a clutch and see what happens.....
and.. another egg from one of the Amberlinks that I got from Annie ! *S*

Been in the workshop today and these 4 amberlinks get everywhere !  Will sit on my shoulder, follow me around like ducklings, run to meet me if I have been away... Delightful breed.

PS. Why are goose eggs white and hens brown or white and shades between?
