I've just got 3 blueberry bushes from T&M (forgot that I'd ordered them ).

So would they prefer
- a dampish place (not waterlogged) but not in full sun
- a bank in full sun which would be drier than above but not parched
- somewhere else where they could have full sun and plenty of moisture

I know they like acid soil, so I was thinking of adding wood chips to the planting mix along with home made compost.

They prefer lots of sun and moisture though not too boggy. They'll even take light shade if necessary. And mulch, preferably with old manure.

I use sulphur chips to boost acidity. They are available in bulk from Garden Direct
