I would like to move my strawberry plants to another part of the garden where I planted new strawberry plants. When is it the best time to move them?

If you move them now and keep them well-watered I think they should be ok unless you can wait until autumn.

Once it cools down, probably October when the ground is still warm and they can put out new roots ready for spring.
