Cauliflower size

Cauliflower size

This is about 3-4 inches wide and formed, picture is a bit blurry I'm afraid ::)
Amy chance of this getting bigger or will it just explode into flower if I leave it. Any advice please.

I don't know what variety it is, but it looks as if it will grow on for a few more days. Keep an eye on it, and if it's going to be sunny fold the outer leaves over the forming curd. You will need to snap the stem of the leaf then tuck enough of them around the curd to keep it covered until it's ready. This will help to stop it going brown if we have strong sunshine.  Looks like a lovely cauli though. Enjoy!!

That looks great! We’re growing caulis for the first time ever this year so I’m going to keep an eye on things, hope they look as good as yours.
