I just received these two plants from roots Garden they are in such a state. One plant is chopped back. Will this regrow? Thanks

I'd send a complaint to Roots garden, with your pictures, I suggest you ask for your money back - if that's how they arrived! It's just not good enough

I’ve sent an email back with a picture of the plant. Let’s see what happens one of them alive but the other one seems that it’s been cut. The stems have been cut.
