Does anyone have any good plans for DIY Raspberry Support Systems that I can use.  I recall Munty's Runner Frame and wondered if there was anything like that for Raspberrys?

What are these gripple systems like?

I just drove some 5' high stakes either end of the row and then nailed some cross pieces on them about 18" and 4' high. Then string some wire between the cross pieces along the length of the row. Then tie the canes onto the wires.
You can just about see mine here, running back from the blue hoops:

It's not pretty but it werks
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

I don't give mine any support     Was going to put a stake at each end and use twine to loosely hold canes up.  didn't get round to it and raspberries were fine so I'll see if I can get away without supports again this year.

They are autumn fruiting ones.

You could try it the Geoff Hamilton way it's discussed on this thread starts off as runner beans and ends up at raspberry's

I used 8 foot tree supports and inserted vine eyes at both ends 30 inches, 42inhes and 60inches. Then strung galv wire between them and made the wire taught by using turnbuckles at one end.
I used to work in a helium gas factory, but I walked out, no one talks to me like that.
