I really should make the chilli I've been planning to do for the last 2 days otherwise the mince will be going grey. I've had a very bad case of the CBA's for the last couple of days and today's no better.  :(

When I came to make the chilli last night I couldn't find any chilli power  The best I could do was powered chilli which made spicy mince with beans in a tomato sauce rather than a chilli.

There are leftovers for today Im just debating if I should do rice again or be really naughty and do some chips instead.

I vote chips

We have pasta bake with hm tomato sauce and crumbled up bits of sausage. The recipe says Italian breakfast sausage which I’m not sure you can buy here. I cheated and used normal ones with extra black pepper, chilli and Italian seasoning chucked in  :D

I voted for chips too - but adult me said no, it had to be rice.  Breaded chicken tonight, with mash and whatever I can find that's green and a few bendy carrots.

I've got some H/M Greek style meatballs in the slow cooker, with onions, red peppers, garlic and greenhouse tomatoes.
I've not yet decided between jacket potato, rice or pasta to go with them....

L/o roast lamb & gravy from Sunday with mash pots, few roasties re heated in air fryer, carrots, runner beans, & for me a corn on the cob, with gooseberry & mint jelly. Of & ftf Yorkshire puds all veg hg, such a satisfying time when it’s the culmination of your gardening isn’t it. :)

I bought some diced beef last shopping but for the life of me I can't recall what I was going to make with it. I'm going to throw it in the slow cooker with a few onions and it will probably end up as a stew.
