Roast beef, yorkies that we bought  ready made and won't again, green  beans, swede and roast potatoes.  Paul had an accident with the gravy ' apparently'   so it was a bit dry.

We were running very late so the roasted chicken breasts and hm flat breads that were due to be served with salads had a simplified re-jig and came with roasted veg instead. Still good and welcome after a busy day  :)

Well, after a fridge sort out, I've found some mozzarella cheese I need to use up. So it's time for a pasta & veg bake.

Left over sausage and bean casserole, yesterdays spuds went in the water though so more mash needed. Hopefully that was user error over cooking them and the entire bag wont behave the same.

All of mine seem to be doing the same thing, one minute they're still hard, the next you have potato soup  ::)

Happening a lot this year, I thought it might just be the random "white" potatoes I was buying, but these were marris piper that Id specifically upgraded to as I wanted some decent mash.  Last nights did the same so I'm ruling out user error.  Need to rethink the menu as it was a mash heavy week and Im just pouring it down the sink.

Last of the casserole today, will have to do wedges.
