Farm shop burgers in a bun & air fried hm chips & for me a bit of salad on the side

Dhal with sweet potatoes, plot greens and some leftover chicken chucked in.  Rice and an onion and cucumber salad to go with it

Gastro lemon pepper fish with chips and HM coleslaw. Salted caramel yogurt for pud

 Chicken Stir fry with spicy noodles 1/2 a baghette

HM chilli over a jkt spud coleslaw on the side

Soddages done in the oven with roasted new potatoes, oven roasted corn on the cob and some green beans.  All veg grown by me

 Pork faggots with new pots and fresh veg, Raspberry tart with yoghurt for me and ice cream for him

CBA so sliced ham, with coleslaw and tomatoes from the g/house, Greek yogurt for after  if I need it

 CBA today jacket potato  with tuna and salad , rest of tart thats left

Spaghetti and meatballs with a plot veg sauce of onion, courgette and tomatoes.  It didn’t really go but we also had corn on the cob, just because I came home with some from the allotment

 Sausages mash and peas, Stewed Victoria plums from garden with custard

A portion of braised beef ftf, runner beans from the garden and mashed potatoes. Lemon Greek yogurt afterwards

Leftover home cooked ham, l/over parsley sauce, hg  steamed potatoes,green beans & bought carrots-Will be last ones for a while (was given these) as I’ve got plenty now to go at
