Beef lasagne with baby pots and purple French beans.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

I've just noticed the pack of ham in the fridge has today as the expiry date... so I'll put it in a baguette with some salad from the greenhouse. That'll save me cooking anything, so all good

I'm all out of sync again this week - ended up with breaded cod and chips yesterday. Probably mac and cheese tonight.

Chicken drumsticks done in the air fryer, boiled new potatoes and french beans.  All the veg from the plot.

Grilled figs (from garden) with ice-cream.   Cut figs in half, dip the cut side in sugar and spices, then quickly grill to make the sugar melt.  Yum  :D

I’ve had a frozen leg of lamb lurking in the freezer since I saw them on offer months ago.  It was defrosted last night and today cut into chunks for curry and kebabs.

I’ve marinated and frozen most of it, but we had some kebabs tonight with greenhouse peppers and tomatoes, plus some hm flatbreads.

I'm not a great fan, think I bought it at that time when we weren't going out much  ::)
But waste not want not, so cooked it, and .....I won't ever buy another

I know you said you cooked it but did you actually eat it ?  The old bloke next door used to do them, the lingering smell used to turn my stomach.

Thought I'd take it easy with sawhedge and mash tonight - there may or may not be onion gravy as there's half a can of beans I need to use up and gravy and baked beans don't go together.

Very little, it was just a disgusting, soggy pastry mess, with only a few very small pieces of meat!

I bought a pack of Tortilla flats and some ham slices.  I now have to eat them !  Just one a day with two slices of the ham mixed salad and cucumber, a few blobs of salad cream,  roll and go.  I think tonight is the last one.
