 1 lge sausage with mash and a neighbers runner beans, peas and fried tom  and loads of spoon standing , rest of trifle

HM cheese and spinach (plot greens really) quiche, potato salad with plot spuds and a shredded cabbage salad with plot summer cabbage.  I even used hm pastry 

Now that was a proper quiche.  Trashco finest eat your heart out

CBA here today so tinned tuna, tinned sweetcorn, chilli mayo and the only HM item on the menu was coleslaw leftover from yesterday

Something quick, gammon steak in the George Forman, salad and a small jkt spud in the m/wave - shouldn't take long

 CBA, Prawn salad with a slice of seeded whole meal bread, 1/4 melon with fresh raspberries

Some leftover mince with added veg in the slowcooker, adding curry spices to the mix, to be served over a jacket potato. Salad bits on the side.

A piece of sirloin steak (from the tough batch  so cooked for 2 hours in the slow cooker, then flash fried) steamed potatoes,salad, boiled beetroot, apple & celery salad
