Chicken & chorizo tray bake with a twist  the chorizo is chorizo sausages instead of straight chorizo that I normally use.

That sounds lovely  :)

I really shouldn’t read this thread when I have been at work all day and the CBA fairy is in the corner laughing because I haven’t the energy for much  ::)

I have got cold chicken and salad in the fridge waiting though and pitta breads to warm up to eat it in  :D

Cheaty spag bol with a jar of Tesco garlic and onion pasta sauce.  Plot mangetout on the side.  A fast and simple meal but pretty good.  As well as the beef mince, I did doctor the sauce with added black pepper and Italian seasoning, but that was all  :)

Since none of you showed up to make my fish pie I end up with pasta instead.  I've made it myself this afternoon. Just needs the top browning and some veggies doing.  I don't really want it though.

Chicken salad again.  HM potato salad and a grated carrot salad to go with it.  I had an early morning deadline for finishing any cooking I was going to do.  I wanted to be able to cool the kitchen down before the afternoon heat wafted in  :)

Leftover fish pie - it was very fishy, not exactly to my liking but at least it was a change from the usual suspects covered in a tomato based sauce.
