 Chicken burger for me beef burger for him with a mixed salad and 2 croquets and a bit of coleslaw, mine went down a treat  :D NO PUD  :mad: 2 ryvitas instead 1/2 an apple Later  :)

Freezer surprise if I can find anything that can be cooked from frozen. Spicy wedges with eggs, beans and  mushies if I can't.

Tinned tuna with chilli mayo, coleslaw, tomatoes & mini cuke from the greenhouse with a jacket potato. Minimal effort suited me just fine today  :tongue2:

Breaded cod a few oven chip and some beans.

I have a fancy for some pressed cod roe - the princes stuff in a can. I can't find anywhere that still stocks it (other than silly amazon pricing). I heard a rumour Asda does has anyone actually seen it ?
