HM curry base from the freezer with leftover chicken and some random plot greens from the fridge, plus rice

Breaded cod, a few oven chips and some mushies I should really put some peas and corn with it too.

 Haddock filet dry fried with a few chips and peas. Banana and crem'e fresh sprinkling of nuts

Fish and chips with a few salad bits.

Tuna pasta bake with baby pots and carrots.

 Chicken stir fry and 1/2 a baghette 
  Tomorrow cottage pie with fresh veg and a fruit sponge for pud

Doner kebab and salad, perhaps a few chips if I can be bothered

No energy at all today, best I can do is a nuked spud with a bit of cheese in.

Air fryer chicken and salad. OH out and I can’t be bothered messing around with much either

Roast pork loin slices, with hg minted new potatoes,carrots &peas, onion gravy, apple sauce & for himself stuffing. We were ‘given’ half a pork loin from our neighbours for the princely sum of £5.20, came via their dil from her works shop. I sliced it into 17 slices so 30.5p a slice, and very tasty it was too

Mac and cheese.. I shall have to have something green tomorrow, Im beginning to turn into a block of cheese.

Can’t help you there as we had a HM pasta bake from the freezer with plenty of the yellow stuff in.  We did have plot greens and mangetout peas with it.
