We shared a piece of frying steak from a box of beef I ordered from a local farm, I’m hoping the rest of the 10kg of need less chewy . Salad for me & lyonnaise potatoes & a fried egg for himself

There's always the slow cooker if it's not.

Breaded cod and a handful of oven chips, probably peas and corn and maybe a mushy or 2 as I'm a day out of sync.

To be fair that was the only piece of frying steak, something I never buy  there’s 1 fillet steak & a rump & sirloin, some brisket & topside so fingers crossed. It’s a piece of topside for dinner tomorrow, so time will tell  :nowink:
Tonight it’s not very much, been to a wedding party this afternoon & had a lovely buffet, so maybe some strawberries, himself has had a slice of toast & a cup of tea

A portion of minced beef and lots of veg in Goldfish curry sauce, it was already a plateful so I didn't bother to cook any rice...

Found a packet of 10 bean mix in the cupboard (no idea when that's from) they were left soaking overnight and once boiled for a bit they will be heading off to the slowcooker  for a bean and chorizo casserole

I've got a small piece of beef defrosting, if it doesn't get a move on, it will end up in the slow-cooker  ::)

Ham hock and mushroom tagliatelle with baby pots and broccoli.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Leftover casserole just need some mash doing.  I always think I should put a veggie with this but other than broccoli I can't think of anything that would fit.
