We had chicken curry yesterday with spinach and mushrooms, plus there was enough to stash a batch in the fridge for another night.

Today is cauliflower/macaroni cheese mashup, which is fast becoming my favourite way to do either.

Defrosting my last spinach lentil and chickpea curry, don't really want it though and it feels like a bit of a waste. Something is waking me up at 3:45 each morning lately and it's leaving me so knackered for the rest of the day I just CBA.

The leftover curry from Saturday.  We had it with flat breads last time, so rice this time round  :)

I didn't eat the curry yesterday so that'll do for tonight, CBA with rice. There's a fresh loaf for a cheese sandwich later if needed.

Steak and Ale pie, boiled potatoes , broccoli and carrots.  Pie reduced to £1.05 in the Co-op so picked up the two that were on  offer.

Savoury pancakes with a cheese and ham filling.  I understand Paul is going to put some mushrooms in his (he loves them, I'm not so keen).
