Roast chicken, potatoes & parsnips, stuffing,Yorkshire puds, peas, carrots,b.beans ftf, sprouts, fresh pineapple , lots of gravy. Choice of puds for himself -freshly made mince pies or apple cake, he’s already taste tested the mince pies and opted for 2 more for pudding
I shall have banana or more pineapple with yogurt cos I’m a good girl.

Took out some cooking bacon to put in the leftover rice , when I opened it there were 2 large slabs rather than the usual trimmings. Change of plan and I cooked them like gammon steaks with a few spicy wedges and some mushrooms. One left for tomorrow, assuming it doesn't end up on a sandwich.

Was supposed to be sweet and sour pork with rice today made by me. But I’ve got the lurgy so himself is ministering to me and cooking so it’s roast port slices & all the usual trimmings I expect.

Off to bed if you've got the plague. If your other half sorts out a roast piggy dinner all the better as long as it comes with spoonstanding, stuffing , roasties and some apple sauce.   :tongue2: :tongue2:

I've have some grey mince I had forgotten about needing to be used, might end up in some pasta.

Hm chicken an mushroom pie, mash and carrots with.  I'll admit the puff pastry was ready rolled but as most chefs on the telly say it's okay to use the shop stuff, I'll go with that.
