Breaded chicken and veggie rice, it really needed something else with it as it was - unsatisfying.

Fresh bought tagliatelle with an onion,mushroom & cheats cheesy sauce with air fried salmon and a tomato salad, himself had the salmon,tomatoes & boiled potatoes with a blob of mayo

The plan was for some burgers in buns with a few oven chips, but the burgers were missing on the shopping  :(  I'll have to break out the breaded cod, peas and sweetcorn, for no other reason than for me to chase them around the plate and a few mushies.

Piece of Morrison’s fillet steak between us as it’s our last night on holiday, was ok actually, actifry chips, fried egg for himself & tomatoes, salad & coleslaw for me with a few fried mushrooms & courgette, that’s most stuff used up ready for the journey home  :lol:

My Saturday fave of Chicken and mushroom risotto with H G boiled Pink Fir pots and broccoli.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Hm meatballs in tomato,garlic & basil sauce (1st time using a jar of a batch I’d canned a few weeks ago, and it won’t be the last, really good & great to have a ‘ready meal’in the pantry) with fresh tagliatelle for me & gnocchi for himself with a generous topping of parmigiana
