[New shoot]

We had a mad wind storm with lashing rain for about 10 minutes yesterday, amongst the general breezy, heavy showery stuff.  It blew a few things over in the garden and sent the chickens into ‘the sky is falling’ mode

Today seems calmer and there are patches of blue sky amongst the clouds.

With this summer weather the plants won’t grow anyway.

If was growing anything this year it would all have been shredded by the hail we had yesterday, just before the thunderstorms and torrential rain.

There's a bit of blue sky this morning but a brisk wind is bringings cloud cover and the spells don't last long. 11c and dry so far.

Started nice - sunny and a warmth that hasn't been there for a while but it's clouded over and gone grey now. Hopefully it will blow over and the forecast of slightly summery weather is correct.

We've had long sunny breaks, broken by dark clouds, on and off all day, breezy with it. 18C in the sun, while it was there.
10C overnight in the greenhouse, tomatoes don't look as curly as they were a few days ago *fingers crossed* the night temps stay up now.

Complete cloud cover, 15C, very still, with a 'calm before the storm' vibe, although no rain or strong wind in the forecast

Started nice again, just warm enough in the sun, but it went down hill rapidly. It's 13c 100% cloud cover, dark and grey but at least dry.

When I checked just before bedtime, the forecast was for wall to wall sunshine today 
Woke up to wall to wall cloud  Now the sun's forecast to arrive at lunchtime...

MetO pretend they know what the climate will be in the years to come when they can't even get the weather for the next day right.... Sorry, rant over

13c - stiff wind but at least it's sunny. Which is typical as I'm stuck inside doing some work on the computer.

It doesn’t inspire confidence does it 

We did have some fairly nice sunny weather first thing, but it is clouding over fast.  They are now predicting sunny intervals for the rest of the day and wall to wall sunshine tomorrow.  That has changed from last night for me as well.  We shall see…
