I must admit I can get addicted to some things that I love to eat, but this year has been particularly good for the tasty Bleu Solaise leeks gently simmered then with a dollop or two of double cream to finish. Given that I don't have a lot of space for veg and that my Joan J rasps are taking over big time, I'm going to hoick about three-quarters of them out then line their area with plastic. This means that I can PLANT MORE LEEKS! Also, as this bed isn't as high as my other two, it will make digging them out a lot easier. Anyone else planning a tasty glut of something next year?
