I'm trying to find a plastic replacemrnt or a new outdoor greenhouse thing
But I don't know what its called
Its a good few years old and the sun has done the screen in

Usually called a wooden mini greenhouse, or sometimes growhouse.  Put the word wooden in your search and you will get mainly similar products.  Leave it out and you will get more of the alternative types made from other materials.

If the wooden frame is still ok why not buy a sheet of plastic and replace the panels. That's easily done...

That's about the right price - we bought one for a daught some years ago, so you're doing the right thing!

I have just got to find a way of heating it now, just about a  temperature to keep the plants dormant, but not frozen
(I dont think it will ever get cold enough to freeze the plants in there)
But enough warmth to give them a headstart in the spring

Any cheap suggestions ?

If you Google cut to size twin wall there are plenty of places that will cut you a piece to size and post it.... Then you can have 2
