Septoria in tomato plants

Dear gardeners,

Because of the very wet warm weather my tomato plants have been hit by septoria. I have done everything possible to prevent it like enough space between the plants and taking off yellow leaves but it was like carrying water to the sea. Is there still a small way to save parts of the plant not yet affected?

In the UK, we aren't allowed to use Bordeaux Mixture, (blasted old EU stuff 'rules'), but you can easily spot the makings of the elements on Ebay and make your own - I cannot possibly comment - but it may well be a sort of an answer for you!

The history of 'Blight 'in Ireland over the years is such a sad story, and I can't help thinking that your delightful island still has a legacy of problems such as this awful plague!
