When we used to smoke, all those years ago, a clever company brought out personalised fag packet cases, into which you could slip your B&H, Gold Leaf or whatever, and make the packet invisible! My mum actually had a cigarette case which held just four fags - I wonder what happened to it, as it was solid silver...
