Jacket potatoes  with cheese, coleslaw and some odds and ends  we've found in the fridge.  I'm really looking forward to some 'ordinary food' soon.

Chicken thighs in a tray bake that includes potatoes, garlic, red & white onions, carrots, parsnips, little tomatoes,  oregano and chorizo to be added soon with some Brussels & broccoli in a corner for me, himself is having a chunk of french bread with it. Based on a Hairy bikers Spanish bake that we’ve not had for ages.

Some of that beef, the leftover mash and a handful of sliced and spiced up mushrooms. It was fine but there could have been more of it.

As we had to finish off the pastry we'd got out the other night, made another turkey pie, tonight with some of the ham.  New  potatoes and green beans with.

I've reached the eeeerrrm stage between shopping deliveries.

I'm pretty sure there's a chickpea and spinach curry somewhere in the freezer - that would make nice change.
