Ended up with the beans yesterday as the meat was still very chewy despite 6 hours in the slow cooker. It was better after another 3. I have all day to do some mash and cook what is either the worlds smallest savoy cabbage or a large sprout.

Quick tea all prepped up in advance and chucked in the oven to bake.  It was chicken thighs, mashed potatoes to reheat and some roasted carrots.

I really pushed the boat out and flipped the kettle on to make spoon standing to go over it.  Mashed potatoes without gravy - just not happening
