Fish pie with boiled pots and broccoli.

Second day stew.  Cannot decide between a suet crust (oven job) or bread crust (dipping job).  Dumplings are out at this stage as the heat required makes the stew stick to the bottom of the pan.

Cheers,  Tony.

I have had a major bout of CBA all day and I can't see that changing, I figure pasta and pesto is about the least amount of effort I can make.

Somehow Paul has pulled a muscle in his back and is in agony, at the moment he is fast asleep, so I've suspended the roast chicken, potatoes and veg until tomorrow when hopefully he will be feeling better.

After tea, I put the leftover lamb chops in the slow-cooker with extra fresh veg, dried casserole mixed veg, Turned it on, and then forgot about it and went to bed  ::) It's now really stick to your ribs, thick & just needs some fresh veg to go with it  :D

As we'd had a good dinner last night thought i would do something simple to night, Scotch egg and salad with chipped potatoes, his lordship wasn't very happy as it's cold. Rest of pie with yoghurt  :)

Chicken Kiev and veggie rice. To be honest it was a little light and I'm still hungry  :( I'm blaming the weather.
