I've got the slow cooker nearly full with a load of Pinto beans, red pepper, onions, carrots, garlic and a tin of chopped toms - meatballs and some spices, to go in soon. :D

Sausage, egg and chips.  Neither of us are in the mood for anything more adventurous.

More chicken, the left over bits and whatever veggies I can find in the freezer.

HM pizza.  I did the spinach and egg one which I can’t remember the proper name for, but with wilted plot chard rather than spinach.

Just chucked some rice and mushies into the slow cooker with the chicken stock, I 'll probably add some veggies and spice it up a bit later.

2 slices of toast with marmite on.  Then 1 slice with reduced sugar marmalade.  I must start doing some cooking - maybe.   Mrs B

Lunch was the thickest chicken soup I've ever made - almost a casserole, but tonight it's half a Tesco Margherita, while we watch 'The Good Life' for the umpteenth time!

What a fabulous British sit-com that was all those years ago! Sadly, we've lost two of the characters! It must have stirred us newly-weds into gardening, which is probably why I'm here! (Back then, gardening wasn't quite as high on the agenda...)!

(Just ordered Paul Eddington's biography from Ebay...)!

I made a date and walnut loaf yesterday, so we'll try a chunk of that, well-buttered, for supper!

It really needs a few days to mature, but who cares...

I've been out most of the day dealing with yet more unnecessary drama and hassle so the planned slow cooked beef and onions hasn't happened.

I really don't want chips so it's looking like pasta and pesto  :(

Just what you didn’t need.  Sounds draining  :(

We had a mini roast with chicken legs, spuds and veg because we didn’t have a roast at the weekend and OH was a bit disappointed   ::)
