I'm having the rest of the curry, today, because I'm trying to empty the freezer, rather than add to it

Roast pork, potatoes, parsnips, cauli, carrot, leeks and marrow.  I've dug deep in the freezer and cupboard but can't find any apple sauce.  Oh well, mustard will have to do..

Roast shoulder of lamb, roast potatoes & parsnip, both hg, carrots,peas,broccoli &cauliflower,gravy & gooseberry & mint jelly

Leftover beef. It should also use up the last of the mixed veg and the really hard white spuds I had from waitrose that make terrible mash.

The leftover lamb in a hotpot, will also add in some of the last parsnips ftf from last year’s harvest to get them used up.

Hm soup featuring plot tomato passata and roasted squash, with hm cheese topped bread - yum

Pork chop a la George Forman with peas and coleslaw. Scone and jam for 'afters'

Something with mince beef. Waiting to see if the spuds delivered this week are mashable, cottage pie if they are, chilli if they're not.

 Spicy salmon fillet with veg rice , pud i haven't a clue

Hg jacket potatoes,home cooked gammon hock joint, cheese, baked beans for himself, salad & hm coleslaw for me and some beetroot & apple chutney that I made yesterday & was surprisingly nice as I normally leave any chutneys to mature for a few weeks but this was a half jar, looks like I’ve been missing out

Dunno. Need to use up stuff in the freezer and thinking of battered fish fingers with oven chips and baked beans.

Think the rest of the mince is off to make a chilli as I didn't really care for yesterdays cottage pie.
