I was busy today, so put loads of chopped veg in the slow cooker with lentils and curry spices and left it to it.
It's still a bit too runny to have over rice, so I'll just thaw out a baguette to dip in it  :lol:

Bought a bag of prepared cauli and broccoli for 10p, added one potato and a veg oxo cube and turned it into soup with some blue cheese that had been in the fridge for a while.  Can't make it again as I didn't note down the quantities.

Bit of a mix up has left me with yet more chicken to use up.  Slow cooked and boned yesterday so spuds and vegges needed for tonight.

Pork chops with plot spuds and squash and some bought in tenderstem broccoli.

Pud was baked apples with cookers from the garden and some ice-cream.
