We're also on the pork chop tray bake, ours has mushrooms, hashbrowns  and green beans, some of which were found 'lurking' in the fridge.  Paul is not very good at putting things back in the freezer after he takes out what we need for dinner.  >:(

First batch of hm tomato sauce made for the freezer from my tomato crop, so kept a little bit back and made a sourdough pizza, with the sauce, greenhouse sweet peppers and Havana Gold chillies and cheese as toppings.  I didn’t grow the cheese and flour, but I can claim the rest   :D

Waitrose best cottage pie (it's actually very good) with a drizzle of maple syrup on top accompanied by broccoli.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
