Been clearing out the chest freezer, finally can see the bottom!  Found some mini pizza bases, salami and garlic sausage which I seem to remember we  got for the grandsons when they came over with the idea that they 'made their own tea'.    If they come again now, they'll have to make something else. :D

I've got a pile of runner beans, so cooking some mince in gravy and mash to go with them - plus a few sugar-snaps left in the fridge :D

Lamb chops, roasties, carrots & a medley of beans :) gravy &for me cabbage. I used the plural lamb chops but in truth it 2 was between us, but we both decided that perhaps my frugal Yorkshire traits are getting a but too pronounced

I've spiced up the leftover mince - pretty lost for a carb though. I don't really want rice, wedges, or chips and there hasn't been a spud worth nuking for ages - I suppose I could do 2 or 3 small ones it just doesn't feel the same.   ::)

C hilli con carne, with rice of course, don't know what happened but the rice was either soft or had a 'nutty' bit in the middle.
