Smoked salmon pasta, with courgette  and a creme fraiche 'sauce'.  Bodge job with what we've got in the freezer.

I'll see you around 6 then Snow  :D

I've just chucked Wednesday's chicken thighs in the slow cooker again having not been bothered to do anything interesting with them again.  Half a cabbage and some sort of spuds to go with a couple, and probably stuffing too if I can find any.

Island Meat Company's burgers which I am now addicted to with rolls from the Village Bakery (Dave's - please support your local independent businesses or you will lose them).  Salad and new potatoes to go with.

I'll go with the peaches Mum, but no cream on mine or I'll be clogging up the bathroom all night being sick!  (Lactose intolerant, so no dairy allowed here).  :D  Otherwise the menu  sounds fine.
