Cajun chicken traybake, with peppers, potatoes, sweetcorn & onion - salad bits on the side.

Nearly the same as this except it was chilli and garlic chicken traybake with pepper, potatoes, onions and a plot courgette  :)

Pasta bake already made a day or so ago and stashed in the fridge, roasted carrots (just because I had them to use and the oven was on), plus some tenderstem broccoli.

Yesterday was Basa fillet in parsley sauce with mixed veg and mash.
There's leftover mash (cos the spuds I cooked yesterday, were huge  :ohmy:) so sausages and fried onions will go with them nicely :)

 yesturday Dansak curry  f/f as i was out all day at summer show
 tonight Steak and kidney pie with new pots and fresh veg from garden , picked my first lot of runners today and they were lovely, bits of fruit chopped up with ice cream  :D
