Sawhedge and mash, probably chunky mixed veg. I do feel a case of cba coming on so it may well end up as a sausage sandwich.

Real treat for us tonight, crab salad and new potatoes.  Crab gifted to us by a grateful customer who  has a boat and fishes and has four crab pots in Freshwater Bay.  Thank goodness he had prepared it as although I've done it once or twice it is a time consuming project and nearly (!) put me off eating it.

Nothing inspiring in the freezer mixed with a splash of CBA means it's tuna pasta night.

Chicken drumsticks defrosting for a traybake with potatoes, toms, onions and peppers sweet and hot - all sprinkled with Cajun spice. I fancy green beans with it.

Mrs Growster is poorly and not eating, so I used up a Colmans Pasta dried pack, added some frozen peas, and chopped up a few slices of German Smoked Salami!

Have to admit that it was just fabulous, and took just minutes...

‘‘Twas supposed to be salmon, but when himself opened it up he said there was just 2 tiny pieces so being the kind soul I am I said he could have both pieces  :lol. I was going to have stir fry veg & noodles with mine anyway so I just threw some quickly defrosted prawns in with it & Chinese plum sauce , yum yum. Himself had  jacket potato, baked tomato & grated cheese

Food ? Again ?! I ate yesterday.... and since nobody has been in and filled the fridge of tasty meals since then,  it's going to have to be beans on toast.

Cheese and tomato ravioli for me, gammon steak, egg and grilled tomato for himself.  Mushroom and onions in the sauce to cover the ravioli and steak.
