Back to pasta tonight. Either tuna pasta bake or mac and cheese depending on which pasta is in the cupboard.

HM burgers with a mix of 50/50 ish finely chopped mushrooms and lean beef mince, plus some cubes of mozzarella chucked in for good measure.  They were very good  :)

We had them in buns with salad on the side.

What must have been the world smallest fish pie. I'm going to have to start checking weights, it's defeating the point of a ready meal if I have to go and cook something else afterwards.

Made a mistake doing the fish pie last night, forgot today was Friday and the plan was for battered cod and a few oven chips. Think I'll leave that until tomorrow and have beans on toast tonight.

M&S own brand baked beans - horrible.  Only bought them as the branston ones were out of stock again but I'll do without in future. The rest of the tin will have to go in the bean and chorizo casserole headed for the slow cooker today, mustard mash or crusty bread to go with it depending on what the cba fairy feels like.

We have a buffet on the side in the kitchen, sandwiches, quiche, crisps and dips.   Help yourself day when you feel you need it. There's garlic prawns, salmon and cucumber, ham and mustard in the sandwiches.

Sirloin steak, potatoes & onions & either veg or salad, not sure what I fancy as I had a late lunch after getting home after watching the coronation with our grandchildren at their house
