I've just had mac cheese went out for lunch, hubby had steak and kidney pie, fruit yoghurt for pud  :)

HM quiche with oven roasted potato chunks and some mixed veg.  I had bits of stuff in the fridge but not enough for a side of anything particular, so made my own mix of broccoli, green beans and carrots.

Change of plan yesterday as I found some rather grey mince beef hiding on the top shelf in the fridge. Cottage pie last night and the plan is for either to make chilli or spag bol tonight.

Cooked lamb ftf in lamb gravy ftf, roast spuds,carrots,peas & for me the last of the curly kale, might even chuck in a Yorkshire pud ftf too.

Split the mince yesterday so half for spag bol and the rest in a chilli today.

Curry made with pre-cooked lamb we found when defrosting the small freezer (one more freezer to go and that's that job ticked off the list).  Also found chopped onions and peppers in there so used up. Bhajis and Naan to go with.

Cooked chicken & ham from the freezer in a mustard & cheesy sauce, with sweetcorn thrown in my half & a puff pastry crust on his. Mash,peas,carrots & for my a fresh picking of asparagus & cabbage.
