Not sure what fish it was i think it was bass ishould have maked the bags befor i froze it what ever it was it was good chips and peas, no pud but a couple of crumpets later  :D
Tomorrows dinner all done Sweet and sour Chicken and Sundays a Beef casserol i had a cookinhg day so i could have the weekend of.  :lol:

Pork steaks,roast potatoes,apple sauce,stuffing, spoon standing (always is when hubby is cooking :lol: ) peas & carrots & ftf cauliflower cheese

The same could be said about most of the food I produce  :nowink:

As the oven was on yesterday I put some posh sawhedges in to cook, M&S chilli and fennel so I'm planning on mash and chunky mixed veg with them but will have to give them a taste to see if spoonstanding is appropriate.

Individual chicken pies, jacket potatoes, roasted veg and some tender stem broccoli. 

i had a cookinhg day so i could have the weekend of.  :lol:

I did the same as got to work the next couple of days and need fast option teas.  Chilli made ready for tomorrow and made a big batch of roasted veg, so I had some for a veggie lasagne I made for Monday :)

I've not been happy with my spoonstaning lately and I've been doing buttery/mustard mash instead. The jury is still out on these sawhedges, they certainly weren't chilli and fennel tasting but they weren't unpleasant either. Leftovers tonight - I should make some cauli/broc cheese too as last nights dinner was on the small side.

I've got some diced pork defrosting, but don't fancy another stir-fry, so probably cook it in a barbecue sauce with chips n salad bits

Brisket joint slow cooked then popped in the oven to crisp it up, roast potatoes & parsnips & red & yellow peppers. Yorkshire puds ftf, peas,carrots & broccoli &some beautiful gravy, sorry Lardman .

I finished up fridge gravel, the last sawhedge, some mushies, the half a can of beans that's always in there, a couple of eggs and some crusty bread. I moved tea to lunch today, a bit of a mistake as it has left the evening somewhat empty and rather lengthy. I'm not particularly hungry tonight but Id rather wish I had some digestives to put a bit of cheese on.
