Here I have a beef casserole in the slow-cooker with lots of veg in it, as well, so just need some mashed spuds to go with it.
More of the same  :D

Broccoli cheese, garlic bread and Mrs Growster is going to try some lightly fried Parma ham, as it was just fabulous when we had an Italian holiday some years ago... (I'll stick with Tesco streaky)!

I've made a ton of cheese sauce, so I guess that'll be a macaroni cheese on Thursday!

Vegetable casserole as we both decided the bit we liked best was the chunky veg rather than the meat.  Carrots, leeks, onions, parsnip, swede and potatoes put in the slow cooker, made the house smell lovely.

Ftf steak & kidney mixed with ftf shin beef in gravy, if there’s too much it will be dished up again in another day or so, served with mash & the usual suspects of veg. Need to do extra mash ready to make a batch of fish cakes using some frozen basa fillets I bought having seen on here a few of you have basa for dinner. I take it it must be nice as it’s a repeat dinner for a few?

Ftf steak and kidney individual puddings from the Co-op, new potatoes, carrots and sprouts to go with.  I'll make some extra gravy to serve as it would be too dry otherwise.

Got out what I thought were chicken breasts only to discover it says chicken fillets now it’s defrosted, so think they’ll be strips of chicken, won’t matter as I hadn’t decided what to do with it anyway
