Leftover meatloaf , mash and veg. I really don't see any difference between slices of meatloaf and a burger.  ::)

First half of the M & S meal deal for and Indian.  I really fancied a curry tonight.  Not bad at £10 reduced and then divided into two meals.

Chicken thighs - currently the plan is just to put them in the oven to go with mash, mixed veg and some stuffing.

Yesterday was the roast lamb that should have been on Sunday & today will be lamb hotpot as I can prepare it early & put it in for a long slow cook as hubby is down our daughters drains  & doesn’t know what time he’ll get finished & I’m going back to the garden club store to sort the order out that got delivered this morning & by noon I was in need of coffee & lunch.  & a sit down

Trashco delivery just now and the pork chops look nice and lean, so I'll grill one of those with some Cajun spices, with HM coleslaw, and the usual salad bits to fill the plate  :)

Put the rest of the thighs in the slow cooker. I'll debone, and spice them later I expect they'll end up with veggie rice.
