Pasta bake.  All made in advance so chuck in oven and wait.  Blissfully easy after a busy day and nothing else to do, except a pan of veg for a side  :)

Sounds like something Jamie Oliver would make.

I have chicken defrosting for tonight too, curry would be nice but I'm not holding my breath.

Chicken drumsticks defrosting for a traybake with potatoes, toms, onions and peppers sweet and hot - all sprinkled with Cajun spice.
Leftovers with some spicy rice  :)

That is almost exactly what I had, but it wasn’t leftovers, just spicy chicken and veggies with spicy rice.

End up with mushroom rice last night so the chicken really needs to be cooked today. I'm currently browsing the ready to cook stuff for marinade inspiration otherwise it's just getting diced and boiled.

It's Friday so fish, smoked haddock, mash and whatever veg we have in the fridge, think it's only broccoli so that will have to do.

Spanish chicken, I don't like 'wet' rice so hope he dries it out.  Red pepper, onion   and peas are in the recipe but peas don't   like  Paul (don't asK).  We are using olives as a substitute.

Chicken in a garlic, onion, tomato & pepper sauce with pasta, him self is cooking it as I take a breather in the shade with a coffee, although a glass of red vino colapso might be more in order later

The other chicken breast with saute spuds, some leeks and mushroom/peppercorn sauce which frankly despite looking decidedly grey was the only part of the meal with any flavour.

Chapli kebabs, which are essentially a burger with extras including spices, onion, tomato and roasted gram flour.

We also had some very good naan bread that I bought frozen from Tesco (defrost and heat in oven), plus an onion and tomato salad and garlicky spinach chopped up and stirred into yogurt.
