Chicken kiev - assuming it is defrosted in time. Not sure what to put with it - mash, wedges or spicy veg rice.

Forgot to get anything out last night so needed something that will defrost today-
Ribeye steak, bought ‘baby’ potatoes from Aldi for a change so think we’ll have them roasted & I was going to have salad but it’s just too damn cold, so will be veg & probably gravy or peppercorn sauce for himself & garlic mushrooms in a Dijon sauce for me. Might have soup to start with at this rate to thaw me out. :)

Curry munchies. I bought a chickpea curry which was on special a while back, it's tiny but I'll bulk it out with some spicy rice.

Curry munchies.

Same here.  I’ve got a chicken curry out of the freezer.  There are some cooked baby new potatoes leftover from yesterday which I am going to do something with, plus naan and yogurt.

Yesterday was pork chop tray bake (hence par boiled potato supply) with said spuds and chunky winter veg a.k.a. stew pack that was a work freebie  :)

I've got a jacket potato in the   oven, I'll use up the last of our cheese with it.   All of our things in the freezer are portioned for two.  I am here  alone at the moment and really feeling low.  Whether I eat it or reheat it tomorrow  I'll see.

You could have 1 portion one day & one the next or the day after. 😊

Last night there was not enough curry to satisfy the munchies but enough to make me want more  :nowink:  it actually wasn't that bad just a little too heavy on the salt.

No brainer Friday today- chunky fish fingers, oven chips and either mushy peas or beans depending on which tin I find first.
