Cold roast chicken from Sunday, mash,peas,carrots,broccoli & Savoy cabbage, gravy,pineapple & stuffing.

Last night was mince, mash and chunky veg not sure what they're doing with the spuds at the moment but they're very poor quality.  There's mince left still so it will probably been same again tonight unless I'm hit by divine inspiration in the next couple of hours.

Found Lamb steaks reduced in the Co op, so just had to buy them  :D
I'll grill one of them, was thinking salads with it, but it still feels a bit too chilly for that, today. So probably cook peas and baby spuds, instead.
The other 2 can go in the freezer.

Found Lamb steaks i saw these in' Icelands' this morning and thought about it i love lamb but hubby doesnt so no i didn't bother.  :(
Spicy fish cakes with veg rice, banana and yoghurt.  :)

Lamb chops here, for a change I put them in the slow cooker at lunch time with water onion & dried rosemary, par boiled potatoes & parsnips to go in the oven to roast & finish the lamb off, with peas, carrots,broccoli & Savoy cabbage,gravy & gooseberry & mint jelly oh & the obligatory Yorkshire pud from the freezer.

I really can't be bothered today. Either tuna pasta bake, sans baking or beans on toast both will be liberally drenched in tabasco as I appear to be getting the snuffles.

Been to work today (first time since mid December), went to M  & S on the way home to spend my birthday vouchers.  So, Chinese meal for two deal picked up.  Split into two so good value.  Also   p icked up an Indian meal for two  reduced (again split into two).

For us it was pan fried salmon & for himself rice from a packet & sultanas  :wacko & for me loads & loads of veg, stir fried with egg noodles & a couple of tablespoons of my homemade plum sauce that I made 2 weeks ago & canned, was delicious
