I'm torn between leftover beef casserole (possibly turned into a curry?) and fish in parsley sauce... dunno.
I'll make up my mind nearer the time, I suppose
In the end, I ate more of the beef casserole yesterday, and put the remainder in the freezer. That means it's the fish for tea tonight  :D

Didn't get around to doing anything with the chicken last night, so I'm trying again today with some spicy rice.

Leftover stew from Thursday, but changed it around a little with baked potatoes, roasted carrots and oven braised cabbage wedges.

I really couldn't be bothered last night, so two slices of fried Spam, two hot dog sausages & fried bubble & squeak made with yesterday's leftover sprouts & mash.
Washed down with a bottle of Aldi's cheap Australian Shiraz. :D

I came home from work with freebie (reduced not sold) chicken, sweet potatoes and large vine tomatoes.  It seemed to shout curry to me, so that is what we had  :D

Between shoppings and starting to run out of things. Along with bread and bread moisturiser the spud situation is looking pretty bleak too.  I had planned on making a cottage pie but it would have used all the spuds and probably the last of the milk, switched to a chilli instead using a packet mix I found in the cupboard- I think the company which produced it should stick to making mustard, it wasn't good. The leftovers have already been consigned to the freezer.

My own venison sausages made using the last of the sika I took last year, with home canned Shirley tomatoes & my own onions, gently fried & all stuck in a couple of home made crusty rolls with a smear of horseradish sauce.
They were reet grand. :D

Co-op individual steak and kidney pudding, mash, green beans and carrots.  Too much 'overcoat' for me compared to filling but himself likes them.
