Whoops missed off the girls

Happiest in the countryside.
Breathe deeply, and let the butterflies fly in formation!

I could just pop a caravan in the top corner and settle just nicely.  What a lovely pitch you have Viv.

We are so lucky to have this land, it can only be used fore grazing, planning permission will never be granted as we are in an area of outstanding beauty and the village is a conservation area. the parish council are really hot on what happens which is a good thing. :D

That makes it prime building land then, I see a multi story block of flats with each flat going for something in the order of 3/4 - 1.5 million quid.  And an estate of 5 bed detatched houses.

Ooh dear there goes the cinic in me again, slap my wrists.

Shuffles off head down in shame glass of red plonk in hand.

We are not far from Arundel, just the other side of Chichester, North of Funtington. Its one of those places that no one has heard of right off the beaten track. But, we basically live at the bottom of Kingley Vale all of which is part of the new National Park.
We moved here three years ago from Littlehampton, so Arundel was where we used to go a lot, my hubby was in to antiques and collectibles and we had a unit their, we love it around Wepham and Arundel, but found this place and there was no contest because of the land. We also have horses pics to follow

Hi midwife that would be great, I'm always over that way as I look after my granddaughter two days a week in Littlehampton, I am introducing her to my chickens when she comes to us, she is nearly two and loves them
