Waste by of time

Son and daughter in law have had a new kitchen fitted.  One piece of trim was missing from the original delivery, they have been promised delivery four times for which they have taken time off to be there, still not appeared.

The manager of the showroom where they bought the kitchen promised them it would be delivered today so I sat in their lounge from 9.24 to 11.54 which was when it was going to be delivered.

Sixth  time lucky?

I need a new kitchen but will order from a different company.
