Got a short row of these coming along nicely under netted hoops.  Done them under net cos gather they're brassicas and pigeons and cabbage whites might go for them.
However I've got little patches to use on the plot and wondered if they might survive unprotected .  Anyone tried?

Both of these have been a pest on my plot when I have tried growing them without netting.

You can buy pop-up net domes that are square shaped for small spaces you want to cover, but they are also easy to make.  I use 2 flexible garden hoops in a criss-cross, then all you need is a bit of netting and a few pegs to secures it  :)
