I am in the process of re-doing the old low-walled raised bed we inherited so am thinking of trying seed spuds in some spare 30 litre buckets. How many per bucket and what's the best waxy potatoes to try.

2 per bucket for main crop, 3 for early varieties.
Personally, I don't think you can beat Desire, but that's a maincrop..
