Why, whatever the colour of the clothes, bedding and towels I wash, is the fluff collected in the tumble-drier filter always pale blue?

Mine's always a greyie blue, but I know what you mean, all the lint you get out of the tumble dryer looks the same , doesn't matter what you've tumbled.
