It is quite mild here although it doesn't feel it.  I couldn't see out of the salt laden windows, but the w/cleaner has been this morning.  I am so fed-up with the terrific noise down the chimney where the chimney liner is rattling around.   Note to self:  see if I can get that job done !

The wind picked up around 05:00 and it's been an unnerving day, things seem to have settled down now thankfully, just the flooding to worry about now then

Not too cold at 8ºC and just breezy under a light grey sky. Showery. The sea is a lot calmer - good sign.

Cold and frosty start first thing but the sun has made an appearance      it's not exactly nice being out but at least it's nice to look out.

 Overnight low in the greenhouse was -1C.
